What position is available? Client Services Executive
As a Client Services Executive you will form the “face” of the firm, handling initial client contact and managing relationships with client Financial Advisor firms, 3rd party service providers, private clients and colleagues.
What does an average day look like? Varied, challenging and dynamic
Predominantly telephone-based, you’ll thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment handling high call volumes and quickly and accurately investigating and resolving queries within service standards.
A typical day will see you working up to 7.5hrs per day in a lively and vibrant environment. With an hour for lunch you’ll have time to catch up with friends or go and grab something to eat from the many options in Bath.
You will talk to a variety of clients with different needs. Some may want a quick update or to provide further information, others may require some more in-depth assistance.
What do we need from you? People skills and a flair for financial services
A minimum standard of education; A Level or equivalent plus Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics GCSE. A degree and/or professional qualifications from CII advantageous.
A good attitude and a natural talent for identifying how best to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
The ability to handle challenging calls with resilience and determination.
Flexibility, great attendance and good time-keeping ensuring you’re available for clients
A knowledge and interest in personal finance products, including ISAs, pensions and investments
